Description
This is a used OEM driver steering wheel airbag for 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Nissan Altima. The airbag is undeployed, genuine Nissan OEM, and pulled from a donor vehicle before any SRS activation occurred.
What Is This Part
This is a Nissan Altima driver steering wheel airbag module. It sits at the centre of the steering wheel. It deploys forward during frontal collision events to protect the driver from impact with the steering wheel and column.
Condition
This airbag is undeployed. The inflator is intact. The airbag module sits in its original factory position. The SRS connector is undamaged. This part has never fired and shows no signs of impact, heat exposure, or electrical fault.
Compatibility
This part fits 5 confirmed 2019-2022 Nissan Altima trim levels:
- Nissan Altima S
- Nissan Altima SV
- Nissan Altima SR
- Nissan Altima SL
- Nissan Altima Platinum
Confirm your existing airbag label part number against your vehicle before ordering.
Installation
A certified SRS technician must install this part. The Nissan Altima SRS system requires steering wheel removal, airbag replacement, and SRS module inspection and reset. Incorrect installation disables the full supplemental restraint system across all 5 seating positions.
