Eligibility for Returns
To return an item, please ensure:

- Packaging: In the original packaging.
- Timeframe: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: Receipt require.

- Items showing wear or damage
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Connect us with email within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow Instructions: Our team will provide return shipping instructions. You pay for shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- Refund Process: After we inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. For a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Notify Us: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: We may ask for photos.
- Resolution: Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee.
Cancellations
You can cancel orders within 24 hours. After that, orders are processed and cannot cancelled.
