Eligibility for Returns
Product Condition: Used, as-is (no alterations or installation).
Packaging: Original or secure packaging upon arrival.
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
Return Initiation: Email us within 30 days with order number.
Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refund Processing:
Once we inspect your returned item, refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Installed or modified airbags
- Items with signs of alteration or installation.
- Items marked "Final Sale"
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Connect us with email within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow Instructions: Our team will provide return shipping instructions. You pay for shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- Refund Process: After we inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
