✅ 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. No complicated timelines just contact us within 30 days and we'll take care of you.
📦 Free & Fast Shipping: Every order ships free with Priority Shipping delivered in 2–3 business days to anywhere in the United States & Canada. No minimum order. No hidden fees.
💰 No Restocking Fees Ever: We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return is approved, you keep every dollar of your refund.
🔄 What Can Be Returned: We accept returns on airbags that are returned in the same condition as received uninstalled, unaltered, and undamaged in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns on airbags that have been:
- Installed or deployed
- Physically damaged after delivery
- Modified or altered in any way

🔍 Our Return Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned airbag, our team inspects it to confirm it matches the original condition. This typically takes 1–2 business days after we receive the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds: After your return is inspected and approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
